When we opened Coffee Hub, our dream was never just to serve great coffee. We wanted to create places where people could gather, build community, and make a real difference in the lives of others. After months of learning, testing, cupping, and refining our roasts, we’re excited to say that Coffee Hub is now roasting most of the coffee served in all of our shops. We have fallen in love with the process—the science, the artistry, and the opportunity to bring out the unique character of every bean. If you’ve visited recently, you’ve already experienced it! Roasting our own coffee gives us complete control especially with opening the door to building direct relationships with coffee farmers and creating a more meaningful connection from the farm to your cup. We’re so excited about what we’re producing that we’ve already ordered a larger roaster. This next step will allow us to continue growing, roast for all of our locations, and begin offering wholesale coffee to restaurants, churches, offices, and other businesses throughout our community. Every cup you purchase helps tell a bigger story. Your support allows us to invest in our community and helps support women rebuilding their lives through Hope Hub.
